1968 Dodge A108 "Pop up" camper van

A real piece of 60's camping/Hwy traveling/ Rt 66 nostalgia!!!

318 v8 w automatic transmission that runs and drives!This camper van is truly a rare find and throwback to the "Hippie"culture of
the 60's and 70's...SO COOL & GROOVY!!!

Gas,temp,and oil pressure gauges all work, as do lights and turn signals,horn does not work?

"Pop up" roof operates effortlessly and has a tag/ sticker/logo on it that says Freeway Gypsy...Los Angeles



Has a tag on pass side of body from state of California "public housing and community development division of building and housing
standards" on lower passenger fender.



Last registered in 2014 in California., now has Clear Clean Nevada title in my name.

Really take a close look at the pictures,this van is crazy vintage!

Has oven,sink,refrigerator,water tanks, power outlets,bed, table,benches,side door tables,multiple storage compartments,lights,
utility plugs etc!!!

Seats and engine cover need re upholstered as does rear bench seat(has tears on seams) carpet is old and id put a new piece down
as well.there is a electrical/ circuit panel to operate appliances, outlets etc however I did not turn it on but its all wired and
not wired like 2 teenagers did it, its actually real nice but I HAVE NOT TRIED to operate any of it as its been quite awhile since
any of it has been used so....



What it really needs is a good bath and detail cleaning!!!



New tires and wheels

Complete front brakes.. drums,pads,shoes,springs,cables, wheel cylinders etc

Rear has newer pads

All new wheel studs all the way around as well as lug bolts

Fluids and filters

Plugs,cap,wires,points,belts,hoses,thermostat,

Starts right up and is very quiet!!

Has a dealer installed a/c unit thats all Complete however we didnt touch it but its all there,hooked up,and complete!

It still will need some local around town miles etc..I WOULD NOT PLAN ON DOING ANY long road trip type drives right now until you
drive it a bit... ive had it on the fwy for about 10 or 15 mi but thats it.

Tha only thing i know it needs and im currently looking for, is the driver side engine cover.



You really have to see her in person as pics are cool, but cooler in person.

Body is clean,driver side has some damage/ dents,as do some other areas as seen in pics, but for a 58 yr old van, its in GREAT
ORIGINAL SHAPE!!!

All doors open and close W 0 issues, windows all roll up n down

Door panels are 9 1/2 out of 10. Its overall just a bitchin old school camper,beach cruiser surfer van or for those long mountain/
deep in the woods adventures.
